What is IIN Gold?
IIN Gold is a set of awesome, extended features for Is It Normal (IIN) that members can purchase while at the same time supporting the website and helping us pay for servers, staff, support and continued development.
What do I get for joining IIN Gold?
We plan on continually adding features over time. Currently you get:
- Your Stories & Polls are fast-tracked for moderation. IIN Gold members move to the front of the line.
- Ability to view and comment on new posts that have not yet been moderated, as soon as they're submitted.
- Ability to exchange private messages with other IIN users.
- Ability to attach pictures to your stories or polls.
- Immediate access to the Member Chat room.
- Access to additional color options for your username (☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻☻).
What don't I get for joining?
An IIN Gold membership is not a free pass to do as you please. You still must follow the community guidelines and terms of service.
How much does it cost?
$5.00 / month, if you go month to month.
For a limited time you can get a full year for $50.00 (16% discount, or about $4.16 / month)
Do I need a credit card to pay for IIN Gold?
Yes. We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club cards.
Don't have a card? You can also get someone who does to give you IIN Gold as a gift.
Is my credit card information really safe with you?
Yes, it absolutely is. All payments are done securely and are handled reliably by our excellent payment processor, https://stripe.com. IIN never stores your card information directly and the entire process is PCI compliant.
Can I buy IIN Gold as a gift for another IIN member?
Absolutely. This is a great way to thank someone for giving great advice, or even just making you smile. You can make a one time gift of anywhere from just 1 month up to 36 months. If the person already subscribes to IIN Gold, your gift will delay their next billing date by the gifted amount of time. To give a gift, you just need the recipient's username or member id.
