I WOULD PUT MYSELF IN THE NORMAL RANGE. I AM CURCUMSIZED,AND HAVE NOT HAD PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS ABOUT.I THINK IT IS BEST TO DO AT BIRTH AND NOT WAIT TO AN OLDER AGE TO. I WAS DONE AT BIRTH AND I CANNOT REMEMBER IT BEING DONE. I WOULD THANK MY PARENTS FOR DOING IT THEN, IF YOU WAIT TO DO LATER ON IM SURE IT WILL HURT.
