4 years ago - teeth so if i drink more milk eat yoghurts and take calcium tablets my gums/teath will strengthen and will go unslack? is it ok if i brush them? Thx

4 years ago - teeth thanks so if i drink lots my teeth will strengthen? I dont eat things like cheese,yoghurt,milk etc coz i dnt rly like them but i drink lots of mineral water. do you think i should buy some calcium tablets? i some times drink milkshakes lol :P thanks mate
