I went through a period were I was really terrified of death. I thought about the reality of it and let it sink into my consciousness. Its really a sinking feeling if you really think about it.
I see no problem with letting it sink into me sometimes. It's just a feature of life. Or is life a feature of death? Either way, it's as stupid to ignore it as it is to obsess over it.
