12-15 is kinda a bit broad, don't ya think? At 15 I'd hardly compare myself to a 12 yr old. I'd say 13 and under, and 14-15...personally.

I actually had an erect penis in my mouth at age 11, but i don't think that one qualifies as oral sex(more of a doctor games/dare each other kind of thing).
