I'm guessing someone uploaded the image to Microsoft's photo tourism system and it identified the place for you. If not, I'd really love to know how you resolved it to co-ordinates.
Hmm, they're not in the image metadata, are they? I know IIN resizes images so I thought all that would be stripped out.
I used Google Earth along with a few other photos tagged on its map to find the buildings you see in that photo, then estimated the camera position that would get that angle.
Quite a quick find, since it's right in the middle of the city, on the main road, almost next to the city marker on the map.
