Since we grow up with our names, we should be used to them and not think much of them right? We don't get a choice of what we are going to be named. Although, a couple of years ago, one of my friends started calling me Gabby, and it kind of stuck, so now everyone calls me that. Before people called me by that name, I thought it sort of represented stuck-up, snooty girls, but it actually seems to suit me, even though i'm quiet, shy, intelligent (I hope that doesn't sound like I'm egotistical or something, i'm not, it's just people tell me I'm smart, so...?)and not very confident around people I don't know.
There are HUNDREDS of Luises where I live. My dad's name is Luis and so is my grandfather's, my godfather's, and I was one of three Luises in my classroom.

The nickname Sam, in my opinion, is cute and sweet and goes well with my flipped out hair. I also have a secondary nickname, Samele (Sam-eh-lah) which in my opinion sounds kinda nerdy, which matches me because I love to read and write. My middle name is Ingrid, old fashioned to match the things I like and unique to match my personality.
