Most of the time we don't have snack food, but when we do, I try to eat it after a main meal and I consider that a dessert. I think every ingredient should be a part of something (For example, don't just eat the strawberries, make a cake.)
Meanwhile, I always hear about how people snack a lot...

Who said that?! O_o
That sentence above "totally" wasn't sarcastic either... Nope... Not even a little bit...
Haha, :P
Smoking is bad, Mmmkay?
More than anything, I love starters and aperitifs. I have a really hard job working out when I'm going to be full so I like being able to pick at small things and then put them back in the fridge when I'm done. I'd rather stay "topped up" rather than be starving half the time and so overfull the other half that I constantly feel sick.
In answer to your question....at the moment, yes.
But saying that the food sure does look tempting.
but i don't know if I would eat if I didn't try to gain more mass. i think, without proper nutrition plan and regular workouts it might make you fat eventually. The older you get the slower your metabolism gets for the most people.
Nor do they have to be part of a big meal, or a "snack food".
I'm having a snack right now as I'm typing. It's a glass of milk. It's not a dessert nor is it part of a meal cos I had lunch 2 hours ago.
