Does anyone else see the "Go for it! :)"

I was on IIN and I scrolled over the red Ask your question button. Right next to it appeared a green Go for it! :)
Did anyone else notice that?

Yes, I did. Hey did you see the warning at the top about the quality of some of the advice (Hover over "We're here to help each other...)" I think that's new, too.

I saw it. It's still there whenever I hover my mouse over the link 'ask your question'. It confused me and I didn't know whether I should ask a question or not anymore. lol.
