Hitler was hopeless as a leader. Disorganized, superstitious, short-sighted, temperamental, insecure. He had the means to succeed in WWII and failed laughably. He made one incorrect decision after another and only looks successful retrospectively because of luck and circumstance.
I disagree. His speeches were amazing. He could rally a crowd like no other. During WWII he began to drift into insanity and he made some poor tactical decisions, but just because he was an imperfect military tactician does not stop him from being a great leader of men non-militarily.
True story. 'Don't get where these people are getting that he was a ''great'' leader. Every general feared him because of his insanity, he killed and harassed every follower he had if there was the lightest hint of treason and he did a terrible job at fighting the war. And then there is the part were he was fucking nuts and a despicable human being.
