Haven't seen the movie but anyways did the characters fit as to how they were mentioned in the book?

I have not read all the book, so I can't say for sure what is different.
But Peeta's character could have been shown more.
Plus they did the typical switch ups with story lines.
But it is a good movie. I want to finish reading the book, but my library late fees are so high I can't rent out anything.

All the late fees are not from me, I have 19$56¢. If I payed that, the late fees would still be too high. I might just order it. :)

I saw it with my boyfriend. He read the book and I didn't. He pointed out everything that was different, and explained what happened in the book. But to me, the way it happened in the movie was fine! Haha :b

Hahahaha some people were doing that in the theater when I went.
most of them were talking during the credits though.

Hahaha when the parts that were different were showing my boyfriend would whisper "That's not how it happened" then after the movie he explained it all. It was kinda funny

I try to read the books before I see the films. Sometimes I just don't have time, though. Then I wonder and the end...'was the book like this at all?'

I wouldn't say I loved it..nor would I say I hated it. Somewhere in between. Team GALE.

You havent read the book, huh. I read book one and my friends keep telling me after book 2 or 3 you'll start to really hate him!!! My friend wanted to destory the book after she read it, sad and unfortunate. I wanted to help her but she's a spoiler so I kept my distance..

I saw it on opening night with my boyfriend. I haven't read any of the books, but he's read the series twice. I thought it was a good movie!

LOVED IT.

People have said it's an American version of Battle Royal, and if so, I want to see it soon.

MissSorel
I don't want to to see it because as ItDuz said, it's pretty much an American version of Battle Royale with some fluff thrown in and all the actual horror/violence/shock taken out.

And there's no Fujiwara Tatsuya in it!

HELL NO!Movies are a big waste of time/money these days.

Where's the "Yes, it was all right" option?
Comment Hidden (show)
That was filmed near me, and I have to say it looked pretty stupid. I prefer R rated movies.

The Hunger Games sucks why would anyone wanna watch that piece of crap?
