I have not read all the book, so I can't say for sure what is different. But Peeta's character could have been shown more. Plus they did the typical switch ups with story lines. But it is a good movie. I want to finish reading the book, but my library late fees are so high I can't rent out anything.
I saw it with my boyfriend. He read the book and I didn't. He pointed out everything that was different, and explained what happened in the book. But to me, the way it happened in the movie was fine! Haha :b
Hahaha when the parts that were different were showing my boyfriend would whisper "That's not how it happened" then after the movie he explained it all. It was kinda funny
Yes I noticed that too! Its such a shame they left so much out >_< After reading the book i'd expected more of it.. But I must say I often have that after reading ^^'
You havent read the book, huh. I read book one and my friends keep telling me after book 2 or 3 you'll start to really hate him!!! My friend wanted to destory the book after she read it, sad and unfortunate. I wanted to help her but she's a spoiler so I kept my distance..
I don't want to to see it because as ItDuz said, it's pretty much an American version of Battle Royale with some fluff thrown in and all the actual horror/violence/shock taken out.
I did like it though

most of them were talking during the credits though.
And there's no Fujiwara Tatsuya in it!
