So im always hearing about how weed is a drug, or how its not. Some people think that weed should be treated as any other illegal drug. Ive also hear people say that it should be legalized and treated as alcohol. What do u think ?

Cigarettes & alchohol kill millions. Marijuana kills no one.

It is definitely NOT a drug, it comes from the nature itself and is not "bastardized" with chemicals or other malicious stuff, when homegrown. It's way better than normal cigarettes or alcohol and benefits (in a way) the human body (filtering blood, lung cleaning, muscle relaxing, also used in CANCER TREATMENT), the plant can produce many things (cosmetics, furniture, clothes, paper etc)... Now, about smoking, I would agree with NeuroNeptunian: Everything in moderation!

BTW, we got one of the finest varieties here in Greece: Kalamata Red! If you ever tried it you definitely know what I mean, if not you can't even possibly immagine what you're missing!!! ;)

well when your husband gets violent and treats you like shit if he doesn't have it you wouldn't feel this way about it!! I thinks its terrible too much money is wasted on it and it is very addictive!!

In this case, all this shit is in your husbands head, no offence! And, come on, it is not even close to addictive! Don't blame THC if your man is weak and has lost control of his own head... This plant comes from nature, not from chemical labs, it can be many things but certainly not addictive. I've been blazing (smoking) for 12 years, about 50g per day, now I have regulated it to 5g per week and even if I don't smoke at all I won't give a purple shit (I've been off for 4 years)! I got a stash in my house of one of the best qualities on the planet (saving it for extra special occasions), and I don't even feel the urge to touch it!!! So don't talk about addiction, everything is in the head of each one of us, you choose how much "vulnerable" you will be to plants and drugs... (that doesn't include Heroine and generaly Narcotic Opiate Alkaloids)

I wish you strength, have love, faith and hope against all your trouble. Talk to your man with patience and understanding, show him that he is so special to you and ask him not to ruin your feelings. Good Luck with that!

Peace and irie, brothaz and sistaz.

Not many smoke homegrown though. Alot of the strength comes from those bastard chemicals.

wrong.. you dont know what you talking about

Actually the strength comes from growing method, trying to get more of the active ingredients out of what you grow. I don't know a lot about growing yet, but the nutrients you use, light cycles and certain other tricks of the trade give a higher yielding plant, up to 20% more of the active chemicals (THC being the big one in terms of psychoactive effect)

Very rarely is weed actually laced with other drugs, for the simple fact that it usually causes a bad reaction. Any dealer (or distributor if you live in a state with medical) who is worth their salt won't sell laced shit, because you don't get repeat customers. So if you're buying from a reputed source or someone you've known, you're unlikely to get anything that's been laced.

Beside the obvious repeat customers (or retribution for fucking over the wrong person) it's honestly more expensive to lace weed because of how cheap it is compared to other drugs.

People who smoke hydro-chem don't get much of a high from homegrown, so no. You're just a kid, you havn't been around long enough to learn from EXPERIENCE.

And like i said on another post, if you're American you don't know shit because your weed is shit!

Believe whatever you want, no skin off my back, but I think the research and the reading that I've done count for more than ancedotal evidence or nationalistic claims of superiority, though from my experience weed my friends have brought back from their travels abroad has been much better. Still doesn't mean that's because our weed is laced.

Marijuana is the gate way to harder drugs. I knew somone who was a heavy smoker and has completly lost the plot..
Jail time, homeless , stealing etc
Haven't spoke to them in fifteen years, his drug abuse ruined a father son relastion ship. He can never be trusted again.

It should e legalized for those over 18

If I had a nickel for how many times I've discussed this..
Weed is okay.
IMO It's way better than cigarettes and alchohol, for obvious reasons. I personally think it should definitely be legalized everywhere. The only reason it isn't now is because of how acceassble it is and how the government couldn't really control it and profit from it if it were legalized.

Everything in moderation.

I think man made drugs shouldn't be used, letting it be legal should be allowed, though. We should be allowed to choose what we do with our bodies, but if they less up their lives due to drugs, they'll have to suffer the concequences.

I don't think Marijuana is a bad thing, less bad as alcohol by a lot, in my opinion.
