That's a tough age. 10 years out of high school for most. It's a time of self-reflection and personal growth. It's a time when you really start taking your future seriously.
I think everyone grows up thinking that 28/29 is getting "old" and 30 is really old. Once you get there though, you realize you're the same you, and you still feel young, but you haven't accomplished as much as you thought you would. I've heard this tale from many of my friends as we all passed through this time of life a few years ago.
