I used to work out 5 times a week..I did some major cut back..Idk y but I just stopped over the years and I gained that weight back..my ex was bodybuilder and introduced me into working out..he motivated me and all and I felt sooooo good about myself but when we broke up, I simply found myself doing less and less every year..I don't even work out anymore but I love thought of exercising. I have gained the weight back. A lot of people I run into tell me I am not overweight and I am fit for my height and age..which I am deff not..I am 22, Im like 5'4 and I weigh 160!!!! I used to be like 135..and I miss it lol but it's the chocolate cake and cookies that I pig out on..but sometimes I do find myself in my room working out..I couldnt even tell you how much I work out--It aint much
i do about 20 mins of walking every day, then i go swimming about 4 times a week, then i also do push ups and squats and sit ups in my room every day, i lost about 3/4 of a stone in the past month and i now weigh 10 1/4 stone which i'm happy with, but i want to put on more muscle xD
