lol, its funny that you mention that because I actually go around to different websites promoting my porn website in the comments.... its my best thing
I walk at least a mile, often two, every day just as transport on weekdays. On weekends it's normally a lot less. Actual exercise without a different purpose, vertually never.
Unfortunately, not enough. Not like I used to. Thats for sure. I am a skinny girl, 115 pounds and 5'6 in height. But if my metabolism ever slows down, I'm screwed.
Lately, I have been trying to eat healthier. I eat a lot of salads now, and not as many snacks as I used to. And its not because I think I'm fat. I know I'm not fat. I'm just worried about my metabolism. And I certainly don't exercise like I used to. I used to walk around my development at least two times everyday. Once in the morning, and usually another time, late afternoon. Occasionally a third time after dinner. I was going to a gym for a little while, just to get a little more fit. But that only lasted about 5 months. And when I was in high school, it was so much easier to stay fit back then, because I'd work my arse off in gym class. And my sister had a lot of those exercise dance videos. Those were fun. I did those for awhile.
I clean residential every day and commercial every night. Yard work inbetween and on weekends. Walk to stores and sometimes ride my jalopy. I hardly ever sit still for more than a minute. Does that count?
I'm in disguise, shh! Haha I don't even know how many times I go up and down stairs on a daily basis, its a lot though, so I guess its pretty good excercise. Sometimes I'll sprint up them skipping every other step. And lugging a big bucket of supplies and the vacuum. I guess it is a workout of sorts
To me you are getting about the equivelent to close to two hours at a workout gymnasium for every three times you lug your gear and sprint up the stairwell. So keep up the good exercisings and glad to see you are working well also.
I gave my response with the definition of exercise being intense sessions of 45 minutes or more. Not, like, walking the dog (not that that isn't still a good form of exercise for some!). If you are doing an intense workout program, as an aside, 6 days a week should be your maximum. You need that day of rest to recoup your body. :)
Currently weights 4-5 hours a week and swim about 8 hours a week. But when my High School swim season starts I will be swimming "only" about 25 hours a week.
In my little world that qualifies.
About 6 times a week. Running and walking help me think so I do it alot.
And since this post was 2 months old, you should see my forearm now ;)

Your body absolutely thrives on movement so exercising as much as you can is guaranteed to make you feel good.
I love these fat people claiming they are happy to be fat. Yeah right, you guys are so obviously lying.
