Just go to the university 20 minutes away or whatever. Forget the high school bullshit. It's done. Plus, people are a lot easier to avoid or ignore at a university than high school. I didn't really get along with anyone from high school but a lot of us flocked to the same college. It really doesn't matter. College isn't a popularity contest, it's a get better grades and get a better job than you kind of thing. Do what's best for your education and I don't think putting off is the answer.
