Not sure what spice is? But i found i had the sane problem when i smoked too much cigarettes/weed. My heart would start pumping everywhere and beat like crazy to the point where i could feel it in my throat and i was scared it was gonna burst. Having that experience when youre high makes you even more paranoid about that and is just a bad trip. But the problems continued for months and i started getting worried. Never saw a doctor about it but stopped smoking weed for about 6 months and cut down on cigarettes. Never had that peoblem again, so im assuming that the mix of both those things screwing with your neurotransmission must make your heart go crazy... So likely the mixture of spice and weed is just not good for your body, even if you dont smoke them at the same time it can still have that effect.
I would advise you to do an ECG with your doctor and check out if your heart is ok to begin with it, if it is, then its just the drugs that must be screwing with it. If its not you might have bigger problems and the drug mix makes it worse..
