It's not Halloween, but I'm trick-or-treating!

What would you do if someone, or a group of someones, came to your door in costume trick-or-treating and it wasn't Halloween? And I don't mean a day or two off where it could be seen as an honest mistake, I mean more like anywhere from a couple weeks to months off.

being unexpected, I prolly wouldn't have any candy to give them, and wouldn't necessarily want to give them anything else, I'd send them packing with nothing

Odd, I was telling one of my friends to go Trick-or-Treating recently. I also told him it may not be Halloween, but it's close enough so who cares?

I'll be totally honest, I'd be tripped up. I'd seriously think I missed something. Even so, I have a soft spot for kids, so if it were kids, I'd definitely find something for them.
