Last game i paid money for was back in 1999, Since then i always downloaded my games, never paid for them, the reason for that is the prices, where i live, its very big money. Now i'm a college student, work minimum wage, and only 3 shifts a week, barely making ends meat, although during the summer i pick up some extra work. I used to play Diablo I and II all the time, on battlenet too (a friend of mine gave me his cd-key, we just used different servers), but Diablo III you can only play online, thus the only option is emulated server, which might take years to develop, and i cant event test the game to know if its really as good as the previous ones. What do you think?

Ay matey, you should pay, if only because you obviously had lots of fun with their products! I dunno about the third part, to be honest.
I'm also not against piracy(on the opposite). But if you enjoy a pirated product(be that a movie or a game) you should ultimately pay for it once it becomes affordable to you(either by you having more money or by the product becoming dirt cheap).
Paying a price for sequels of enjoyed products is a nice way of that, you say thanks for the first product(which you pirated) and get the second(or third, in this case) one to boot. Legally not fine, but moral-wise, totally.(After all you don't have more money to spend, so nobody is loosing out on cash, only you would lose out on the product).
