Thinking more about it: If only _I_ get to communicate with the body part(telepathic), which makes sense, then there's a good chance i would actually choose my genitals.
Reasoning: My sensory input organs can't tell me stuff or i can't tell them stuff we don't know about...it'd be redundant. Stuff like legs or arms is usually just following direct muscular orders. They're like...pawns. Not very interesting.
