What are your religious views?

Agnostic, because I think there can't really be a way to prove that a god does or does not exist.

I was an atheist for many years, and I got a ton of BS from Christians. There were many that just annoyed the living hell out of me.

I am now a Mormon, and I get a ton of BS from everyone that cares about religion, unless they are also a Mormon. But I am happy with my religion and what not so it doesn't bother me that much.

No matter what it is in life, if you are doing something that you love, there will always be someone that wants to take you down a notch or criticize you.

I couldn't really vote. Buddhist.
I don't like being lumped in with "Catholic or any other."
Catholicism isn't even the most popular religion...

I'm Agnostic. I was raised under Islam, I question religion at this point in time.

Allow me to explain my views:

- If there is no God, I see this image of "God" to be a way to keep people in line; a way to keep people from going crazy. Think about it, They use fear and desire to control the innocent minds of the people. Do something bad in life, and you rot in hell. Be a good person, you get all you've ever wanted. I personally do not want to believe any of this is true. I want to live my life the way I want to, and wherever it is that I go after this lifetime, I'll know when it's my time to go.

- If by some chance there is a God out there, I'll never know until the day I die. I'm one of those people who would like to have either strong evidence backing something or being able to see that something rather than blindly believing in it. This is where most people seem to get angry at me. I find it strange that people can blindly follow an idea that they are not assured is true; this brings me back to point 1 though. I believe they use fear and desire to take the place of reasoning. Strange how things work, eh?

I'm atheist and I also respect other people's beliefs. I just wish they'd do the same fo me.

Haha religions are for simple minded people asking to be lied to and controlled. I believe in a higher being, let's call it God. I stay away from all religions/mainstream beliefs. Religions are CULTS, Tools for manipulation, just like TV's, political parties, racial tension etc. Now you don't have to be into a religion to be spiritual or to feel closer to God. Follow your own set of beliefs, don't just say your a christian if you were born into a christian family, follow your own spiritual journey. Else if you follow a religion you are blindly following someone else's Beliefs , and then your lost. The bible,the Quran and the torah and etc are man made books that teach false teachings to convince ignorant people to follow a dumb belief To be controlled.

You have claimed to be something that makes no sense, a person who does not believe in something that does not exist.
You have also divided people who believe in a particular branch of Abrahamic religion from other people who believe the same thing, which might be offensive to some people, whether they are religious or not religious.

Why are you creating divisions in society?

I hate seeing Agnostic and Atheist being separate. I'd say that most atheists are agnostic, and have seen that there is no evidence for, and therefore no reason for, the belief in any sort of deity/creator/other metaphysical claims.

I'm spiritual, and a I think all theists are correct in their believes.

I like "catholic and the rest of them" in one option.. funny.

I voted Agnostic but i was wondering, what do other atheists and agnostics picture when they hear someone say god?

athiest. i hate other religions but not for there beliefs but for how rude theye are they talk shit to me for being athiest i got the crap beaten out of me the other day to and two christion cops who were right there joined in and hauled my ass into a garbage can... i fucking hate god!

i can't vote im non of those because religious people do judge & i judge too. i'll stay out of this conversation.
