Protein shake, banana, apple, muesli, oatmeal, 2 eggs in milk (egg nog), 2 toasts and a green tea and a multi vitamin. Fuckin nightmare trying to eat all this when ive got to be in uni early.
I've done that before - when I go home Mom asks me what I want for dinner for my first night home. ... I always say "soup" because she makes a really nice minestrone...
yes i have it alot, its a very simple version i make with root vegetables and brussel sprouts and very plain stock. a pot lasts me a couple of days, i have it hot and cold to add variety ( i'm not much of a gourmet and i'm lazy)
I can live off of cereal. I love cereal. Coffee is great. Pancakes are the shit! Sausages and bacon are delicious. Toast are a nice compliment to the dish. Grapes are simply the best. Ohh and a nice tall glass of OJ (no pulp). Yep... thats a great freaking breakfast.
Oh yeah and oatmeal...thats probably like 10000 calories...enough to last for like 3 days...
I don't actually know, but whenever I eat something in the morning I will get a bad stomachache. Almost like i'm allergic for breakfast or something :p
I eat a piece of fruit or sometimes oatmeal or yogurt because those three things get me through the morning. I mostly eat yogurt but now I'm trying to eat oatmeal a lot because it's very high in fiber. I'm trying to eat better, anyway.
Sometimes it's eggs, baked beans and bread, sometimes it's leftover food, sometimes it's cereal and sometimes it's pancakes. Or even noodles in a pack and pizza. I don't just eat the same things for breakfast. That would be very lame and boring.
Protein, B!
I've had it for breakfast too. :)
Normally: cereal.
But if I have a lot of time and feel the need for protein, I'll have eggs and some kind of meat.
Rice is good too.
Every morning 'til i unwillingly die....hopefully not of lung cancer O_O
fast.
easy.
delicious.

Black and white bread, different kinds of ham, cured air-dried sausages, cheeses, butter, maybe some vegetables.
Oh, and COFFEE!
