As a jew and a zionist myself ill tell you. First of all, jew can refer to religion and it can refer to race, it refers to people who are descendents of Abraham. Religion is just like any religion, some are conservative, some are secular, some just dont give a darm. Zionist is a jew who believes that the land of israel belongs to the jews, and that its the jews duty to return to zion (thus the name). Not all the jews are zionists, some are even anti-zionists, such as Neturei Karta. And as for your question, always be proud to be jewish, because if some people hate you without even knowing you, you know you got something to be jealous of. Thats another reason why im a zionist, israel is the only place where you never be hated for being a jew.
