It can if you are too young and tear yourself becuase you are not old enough and not fully developed yet. Which has happened in cases of younger teens since they are not auctully physiclly done preparing for sex so they have trouble peeing and making babys.
That is why they say you are not physically or psychologically well till you are around age 18,19,20s is when you pretty much finished sexually maturing.
