Somebody growing old or a building deteriorating.

Even though it doesn't really count because it's always animated not actually video, I've always thought time lapse videos of the Earth and the splitting of Pangaea into all the modern day continents amazing :)

I love time lapse! Like plants growing, sunrise to sunset that kind of stuff. And the night sky. I'm sure I'd like it all though.
