Wow, so many options!

People (both men and women) who are truly "bad" don't warn their victims.

When people have told me similar things, I laugh to myself and sarcastically say, "Sure you are." :)

She could still be "bad" even if she confesses, but her "badness" is obviously limited to petty "bad" things. Someone that is "bad" and has done real "bad" things don't openly say "I'm bad" to people in their life.

The most powerful weapon an evil person could have is their mask of innocence, and if she's flinging it away to appear bad, then she is showing she isn't really that bad.

Kinda reminds me of a character from Buffy called Faith. Basically she was this bad girl who just went around hurting everyone. But when somebody finally stood up to her she just cried and wanted to be punished. I think that if someone says that they're a bad girl it's possible that they're just a damaged person looking for someone to stand up to her. She's pushing you away. However, it's probably a safe move, as ItDuz said, she could be a bad person and just giving you a heads up. I guess it really depends on the way she said it.

In my experience, it is the people that DON'T tell you to be afraid of them that you need to fear the most. It's often when people DON'T warn you that they will hurt you the most.

Just saying, someone like that sounds like they have an ego issue and want you to fear them because they are unable to establish a persona that is worthy of being respected, so they resort to stupid little fear tactics in order to gain their validity, in their minds.

Well the smart ones do, it puts said victim at ease by making any potential behaviour seem like a joke. Taking the wind out of the sails as it were. I do it when i'm lying, i admit to a lesser lie to take attention away from the big one thats there. Because if you just straight out deny it the person is searching for that big one still. Some people speak terrible truths because they know most aren't going to believe something so crazy!

It's all a clever way to put the reverse on someone. Most people are full of shit though, but when someone says something out of the ordinary it's best to take them seriously until you have proof, otherwise you could end up a sucker.

This always reminds me of those stupid slogan shirts that were popular a few years back, like the ones that said "Rock Star", "Punk" and "Hottie." My general opinion is that if someone goes around proclaiming something like that (saying that they're bad, or wearing a t-shirt that says "punk"), chances are it's more wishful thinking than anything else.

When someone says she is a bad girl, she never ever ever ever EVER is. Maybe it's just me, but that seems to be one of the rules of life.
