About 10,000 people die in alcohol-related crashes per year but about 7,000 of those people are the drunks themselves, the rest are other passengers or other motorists.
I don't think it's even close to being in the running against any illegal drug. Illegal drugs kill more innocent people than users themselves BECAUSE they're illegal.
Is it really 500,000, or did you mean 50,000? I didn't know there where so many being killed.
Yeah it's a huge deal, the Mexican drug wars, it's in the news all the time, it's horrifying. You should watch some videos on it and see how these people are just slaughtered.
I have family that lived in north Mexico, they moved out of the area though which is a relief.
The main reason any of the drugs on your list are dangerous is because they're illegal.
Why do you consider meth to be more dangerous than the drugs on my list?
I've known a few heroin addicts. It's not always the people you would expect, and it's not pretty.
But is causes necrosis (the body literally rots away)
Ive known more people to ruin their lives to meth than any other drug. It might not even be the worst one for you but it causes the most damage to society.
Another one you forgot is PCP. People do the craziest shit on that. Stabbing their eyes out, eatting their babies, and slicing their face off with shards of glass and feeding it to their dog.
And the most potent drug known, Datura. Its even legal because nobodys dumb enough to do it.
So top 3 drugs arent on your list.

the things that have made me feel the worse, that ive taken are speed and coke, really hate that shit just gets me annoyed - perfect definition - just bummed and irritated at anything, really agressive.
LSD can be certain death to the weak minded.
Ecstasy aswell, but quite less, ecstasy is a silly drug so it doesnt really affect you unless you do ALOT of it
Alcohol is definitely the worst drug, at least in my young mind. Druggies hide, alcoholics are proud and thing they're so fucking righteous simply because their drug is sold at every caffe, supermarket, restaurant, etc. Alcohol is in everyone's face and thats why its such a horrible problem you finally realize it is one.

You should've put meth on your list, because it's a modern drug thats fucking millions up everyday! that shit drives you crazy apparently (im from europe theres no meth here)

You can have cocaine and it not be crack, but you can't make crack without cocaine.
Regarding heroin: it seems to me like the most dangerous drug because not only are you subjecting yourself to random infections/diseases via injection, the drug will slowly kill your body. From what I've read and seen, it seems like it's a drug that once it has you in it's grip, it's tough to overcome the addictions, as compared to other drugs with a higher chance of overcoming. I've seen videos about heroin and it does NOT look promising for individuals who abuse it regularly, which is really sad.
I don't know a whole lot about all of them, so correct me if I'm wrong but those two drugs I mentioned seem like the worst overall (addiction and effects on the body).
