it's a fact that there are more male cases of both madness and genius. Yet women are more likely to be seen as irrational and emotional. For example if a man makes a snap decision, people would say he's a leader and decisive. When a woman does the same, they'd say she's mad or hormonal.
Women are more likely to be depressed, men are more likely to be alcoholics or have antisocial personalities. Because I don't really class depression as "craziness", I think I'll vote with men. We certainly seem to breed more serial killers.
Hormones don't make you crazy, it just makes your moods uncontrolable. If you take a look at the world and it's history then you will see that males are the ones that have been and still are the craziest.
Females have a reason to act crazy, their hormones. If you have a reason for it to happen then it's not that crazy.

However, you have to also consider that there is gender bias too. Doctors are more likely to diagnose a woman with depression than a man, even if the symptoms and severity are identical. Also there are differences in regard to who seeks help. In other words, statistics give us an idea, but also raise a lot more questions.
I think men are more dangeroues but women are more illogical so I would say women however I do not think most women think if I do not get sex im gonna kill you and fuck your dead corpse like 80 % of men I know react .
