We do indeed but it's a very female-orientated sport, like netball. Men have their own versions of it (a bit like basketball is a male version of netball). The men who like hockey play "shinty".
Shinty is effectively a game where you are awarded points for causing physical disability. One point for broken shin-bone, two for lifelong disablement, five for death. There's a school of thought that may one day offer ten points for genocide.
I have to give credit to the girls, though. They only award one point for death so you wouldn't believe what you have to do to get the full five. That stick is angled incorrectly to pull it off in nine cases out of ten.
Very encouraged to hear some people are playing this game whilst also skating on ice. It's a completely effing nuts sport to start with and playing it on ice just makes it moreso.
Thanks, for hot moment I thought it was for football (american). I can't stand it either. The only time I was excited for it was the winter Olympics in Vancouver when Canada beat america:D

I could not approve more! :D
Yes, the Blues.
Or is that them? I can't make out the logo.
