That's a good question. I don't think so. But now I am going to check the cabinets. I am neither vegan nor vegetarian, I'm just a bit of a food snob and very picky about where it comes from. I can't think of any packaged foods I buy that might contain egg. Most packaged food contains corn starch or corn syrup or corn something or another, and I can't eat corn. Sad me:( no cookies.
Eggs make me feel like throwing up after I eat it. Just the thought that it was a defenseless animal that wasnt even fully developed with that white stringy thing in the yolk is nasty
I eat eggs all the time. And just so you know, the eggs you can buy in big supermarkets should be pretty much impossible to have been fertilized. Since the hen will lay eggs without a rooster, there is no need to have a rooster with the hen. So the eggs can't become fertilized.
I like organic fed, (no antibiotics), "free range" eggs...or rather the hens that lay the eggs. Whatever. We should pay attention to what our food eats.
Anywho, some people don't eat eggs because chickens are raised in stressful environments – eating corn, soy, and antibiotics and relegated to a tiny cage that would result in low quality eggs. OR because they just don't like the taste. ^_^
I'm a Vegetarian for religious reasons and hence no egg eating. And besides, animals aren't treated as they should for the most part. Gotta love capitalism sometimes!
I got sick of them when my dad would make me eat them to gain weight for football season. And he would make me eat A LOT of them; like 4 or 5 almost every morning after football workouts.
