I completely agree with that, but a obese person is more likely to become depressed because their lifestyle creates a hormonal imbalance, kinda like when you eat too much junk food and feel really groggy, just a lot worse.
Is that so? I've not actually heard that before. In that case, I might be willing to admit I might've misjudged this point a tad. I don't suppose you have an article of any kind (I'll probably comb the internet myself if you don't, so it's fine)?
Of course experiences in life can cause depression, but a lot of the time it's hormonal imbalances. Many people who lead great lives suffer from things like depression and bipolar etc, because their brain isn't "functioning" correctly.
Exercise and a good diet have been proven to reduce stress, create endorphins etc. Basically make people happy. The opposite has the opposite effect. I'll find an article if you want:) What part about what I said do I have to back up??
