Zombieland vs. Shaun of the Dead (only those movies)

I really liked Shaun of the Dead, especially the part where they act like zombies to get to the pub xD Also, I'm a sucker for British accents.

Shaun of the Dead was much funnier, don't know WHAT these other people were watching.

I love both Zombieland and Shaun of the Dead so much, but I prefer Shaun of the Dead because it's funnier (plus I loved the fact that it's British).

Shaun of the Dead by far. Don't get me wrong I thought Zombieland was great too, but when I first saw Shaun of the Dead in the theater i was totally impressed. Good music choices and great moments as well.

Shaun of the Dead for sure. Love when they are tossing records at the zombies and how Shaun goes through his morning routine of tripping on the curb and never notices the zombies around him. And it had a very touching ending.

In zombieland the girls drove me nuts because they had a STUPID goal of going to an amusement park during an apocalypse and not even THINKING about the lights and noise attracting zombies AND they kept running off instead of just teaming up to survive! Plus the part with Murray was sad :( Who would dress up like a zombie during a time like that? I hate when characters don't use common sense :P It makes it hard to relate to them!

no one gives a shit for zombies unless they scream like a pidgeon being raped and run fast as hell ....theres plot' atmosphere 'cast
zombieland is ok i loved it but shaun of the dead is IMO more tastefull with less cliche moments remember its MY opinion

Shaun of the dead is a classic. How could you call it mediocre?

Shawn of the Dead was more realistic and emotional.

Is it just me who thinks zombie comedies should be called zom-coms? (Like rom-coms)

OMG there's no comparison there! Zombieland was great, Shaun of the Dead is mediocre, way too long and drawn out, isn't entertaining enough to even sit through it.

I love both so much!! I would have been absolutely torn in choosing one, but I read the comments and people didn't like Shaun of the Dead (for some BIZARRE reason) so I voted for it!

Seriously, both are EXCELLENT. You should watch "Fido" if you liked these two! :D

i think ZOMBIELAND , but it might be cause i've seen SHAUN OF THE DEAD to death like 9-10 times.
But when i first saw it i was so amused and thrilled and it was one of the best zombie films.

Well, I had high expectations for Shaun of the Dead because of the reviews I heard. I didn't get around to watching it til a few years after it came out. But once I did I was pretty disappointed. I mean it's supposed to be a comedy/parody of zombie movies, I didn't get too many laughs.
