Break this habbit friend. Its not healthy to loose sleep and wack off a million times a day. Join the gym or something and get a hobbie, I imagine you probly work later in the day thats why you stay up so late and now have the habbit, if this is so then tri to get your hours set in the morning so you will have to go to bed to get up early.
