a pimple on my d***?

Hey im 14 (male) and i don't use lube when i maturbate... is that a bad thing? Also has not using lube created a pimple like bumb on my d***? It looks like its irreated and i just noticed it its about 1/8 of an inch long/wide I have also been seeing what look like little pimples all on the bottom skin of my penis ( not the ball sack but the skin right before it) and they don't bother me, i wassh my penis every time i take a shower (about once every other day) can any one help me?

it may be a yeast infection. does it smell wierd you may need to go to a doctor. or i suggest useing a cotton ball with some rubbing alcohol on it it may sting a bit but will help.

it's probably the PPP thing the other guy said above. like alot of men get it, aint gonna hurt you or any1, and its not sexually transmitted, though i think there are ways to reduce the size.. unsure, look into google.

Lube is optional when masturbating. You won't get any pimples or bumps from not using lube.

You shower every other day!? That's the bit that worries me...
