Whenever I might a new attractive girl I have things in common with I usually fall head over heels for them, then in the near future find out I don't like them at all.

Cool, you will probably marry one, have kids, realize you no like, then ruin kids lives.---> Don't Breed.
It's called "the thrill of the hunt" . . .
you're afraid of commitment. give yourself more time to get to know someone next time.

It's called being a horny guy that one day a female is going to kill because you are trash. As Methos said, don't have kids. You will ruin their lives you piece of shit.
FIRST THING YOU MUST BE FUCKING RETARDED WITH AN iq OF 12 BECAUSE YOU CAN FUCKING WRITE, SECOND OF ALL YOU NEED TO GO TO THE GENTLMENS CLUB AND GET A LAB DANCE, THEN GET ALL THE FUCKING OUT OF YOU SYSTEM THE STICK A BUT PLUG IN YOUR ASS
Dear lord, what an incredible amount of negativity in the comments here!

It's pretty simple really; obviously if you see someone who's attractive and has things in common, you're going to like them. And obviously, as you find out more about someone, you may find out new things that you don't like as much. People generally hold back on the bad stuff until they feel more comfortable, after all.

This is completely normal, and I really don't know what is with those commenting above. Eventually, you'll learn either to get to know someone better before falling for them, or you'll just plain find the right person who doesn't have the negative points you seemingly can't live with.
