HELP I NEED TO KNOW IF I AM A HEALTHY WEIGHT!!
kk I am like 15 years old and 5ft 4in. and i am 105 pounds. I really want to lose weight to be as thin as Miley Cyrus, who I keep on getting info that she is 90-95 pounds. Is she that light??? and how do i lose the weight to be that thin. Also, is she lighter than me??
The best way to lose weight is to eat small portions, eat high fiber foods that will curb your appetitie, eat healthy foods, but do not skip meals otherwise you will tend to binge out of hunger.

...omg i just searched on google for a converter AND SHIT! i weighed more than you when i was 12... youre a friggin 47kg's get some muscle man! then you wouldnt haveto worry about people likin ya either and you wouldnt be insecure ;);). you are short though lol
i'm about 166cms and about 57kgs (which seems astonishingly large for me), but the thing is, i'd rather have muscle and curves anyday than care about sizes. sure, i compare myself to others, which is norm.
and for those out there thinking they weigh heaps, this is a fact: muscle mass weighs 3 times more than fat does.
don't care about what the scales say, measure yourself instead.
