cant surf sand dunes

i live in tennant creek,in the northern territory of australia.
im am 2400 kms from the nearest ocean surf beach,yet i have a great love of surfboarding and i have over 400 vhs tapes of surfboarding events world wide.
i would love to go surfboarding hang 9 etc,but i cannot find a surfboard wide enough or with tie down straps for my wheelchair.
does anyone world wide know of a surfboard company specialising in this kind of surfboard.
Do you think it's normal?
