bananas
This evening im eating five bananas for dinner because im too lazy to go to the store to buy some food.
Even though the grocery store is right by where i live.
that is a healthy meal,lots of potassium,it beats going to the store and loading up on a bunch of junk.we'd all be better off eating fruits and veggies and little else.
Bananas are said to be the perfect food. In fact, you can literally live on a diet of just bananas and water. I usually avoid them because they can produce a lot of gas when digested. A single banana 1/2 hour before a workout does wonders for energy levels. I used to swim over a mile every morning and would always have a banana just before hitting the water.
bananas will also cure a spout of depression and/or mood swings too
although eating five will give you the runs in the morning, if you are ok with that..go for it....better than eating a crap load of junk food, or nothing at all.
bananas are full of potassium so are a slow release of energy so store fat n take ages to burn off so i get walkin to that grocery store before ur too big too move.
So... yes, normal and a healthy habit.
