You can't marry anyone else?

My friend is a 24 year old male who adores his niece and nephew. Mostly his niece though.
He told me recently that he told his little 4 year old niece that she was going to marry him, that she could only marry him and no one else. He said it in a kidding fashion, but is that really normal or healthy?

It is very abnormal and unhealthy. He is an adult and is acting like a child. He should not be left alone around any child as I would suspect he is a pedophile. Tell him to go see a psychiatrist to get evaluated. People like him are a severe danger to society and should never be trusted. Drop him as a friend.

Why did he feel the need to tell you that he said this? It almost sounds like he was looking for approval??? Yuck. Just being a guy I would feel reallyfuckedup telling a child that. There are plenty of other things to joke about.
