Is It Normal?
What do you think?
Salmon
I buy salmon from the shops about once a week. At the start of each week i cut up enough salmon bits to put into some empty film cases which i then fill with water. I leave the salmon for about 1 or 2 weeks until it has decayed and then use it as a sauce on food and when im cooking. Is this normal and is it unhealthy?

Are you looking for a death warrent or the mad sh1ts?

DO NOT DO THAT
Yeah i think that would kill you really fast
not only is Raw fish (especially salmon) teeming with bacteria, leaving it out is even worse! The bacteria multiply within those weeks and if you use it, you're asking for some serious illness. You gotta be kidding me, do you really do this? If you haven't got sick yet, then you're a lucky bastard...........!!
Thats normal, some cultures eat fermented fish, but they usually use salt to preserve the fish. You might want to cook it before you eat it though. *gag*

Yes, i've heard that if this is done right it can be quite a delicacy. My advice - try it with prawns.
