Alright, so it goes like this. There's this girl that I met cause I work with her. I've gotten to know her good and we hang out when ever we can. I go to her house, she comes to my house. Now, I really like her cause she's perfect for me and I always love hanging out with her. NOw I've had some of my friends tell me to ask her out, but she's hard to read. Like a couple times she was allover me when we were watchin scary movies. She's always really nice to me and stuff and asks me to hang out with her. But she talks about hangin out with other guys, which really pisses me off. Now, I went away this past week and bought her these braclet things, and I was planning on telling her how I feel, but now I'm just not sure. I don't want to tell her how I feel cause then it'll mess up our friendship, and I don't want to mess that up. Please help me out!

Let it go, and deal with your monetary losses on the jewelry. Don't add the loss of any dignity you may have when she laughs at you.

It's also not a good idea to express feelings to someone who you haven't dated even though you spent time at each others home. It comes across as needy and weak on your part.
Save the jewelry for either a later time or for another girl. Date her if you want but keep it very casual and low key.
If she continues to bring up other guys then dump her and fast. She comes across as having bad manners, and it's not your job to teach her good ones. A lot of young girls do as she does and don't know what is inappropriate until they grow up.
Because when the next hunk appears (and he will), you will be like her pet friend, and the other dude will be getting the good stuff.
