Its not a form of herpes dont worry, I use to get them all the time. The best thing to do if you can handle to pain is to get a pinch of salt and put it derectly on the sore and let it burn the piss out of it for a little bit until the pain goes away. This will get rid of it the fastest or yeah you can wash your mouth out with salt water too but that will take longer to cure it.

Cankar sores cold sores whatever the fuck you wanna call them, they ARE herpes. its like 80% of earth has them. I, yes I have them in my mouth. Ive never really had a bad case tho.
