The Death Penalty
I believe that certain crimes deserve the Death penalty. And not all these appeals that they give the criminal. I thik we should learn from Iraq did Saddam. With all the proof stacked against them, 30 days afte sentence execute em.

If all evidnce DNA witnesses andor confession prove that with out a doubt that the accused, killed, and/or raped they need to be dealt with immidiately.

Why all these appaels and tying up of court and wasted jail space? Manson, Scott Peterson, and the lie need to be executed instead of keeping them and paying for them like we do!

Is it normal to want to see a true death penalty in every state?

Very normal, the system is shit, they should confict them then take them out side and hang them on the courts lawn so all can see what happens when you commit a horrible crime.

im for the death penalty as of now.but very many more stories of guys spending 20 years in prison and then its proven they are innocent is making me question the death penalty.we need less game playing in the court room(like we saw in the OJ trial) and more getting to the truth.with our sloppy court system its only a mtter of time before we kill an innocent man from death row.

there shouldn't be a death penalty, they should just leave those sentenced to death in a government testing area for nuclear bombs and try to create the hills have eyes in real life...then we could all go a huntin and kill them ourselves...but you'd have to pay me as it was my idea..all the proceeds would go to the victims families and a small percentage to me for the use of prostitutes.

Totally agree, a waste of tax payers hard earned money keeping the scum of this planet alive.

If the evidence is 100% reliable and someone has committed murder, rape, child crimes, and crimes against the aged, the culprits should be sent to their deaths.
