				The fact that its hurts makes me suspicious about it but keep in mind people develop alot of knots on the their necks under the skin. I use to get quite a few and still have one but you cannot see them they are under the skin and you can only feel them if you press down. I ask a navy doc about it and he told me it was nothing to worry about. If it hurts though id maybe see a doc about it.				</description>
