To Shy to do Anything...Why?

Alright, so I'm 17 year old male, virgin, got a girlfriend whos 17 years old as well, virgin (Not counting rape). I want so badly to advance our relationship but the thing is I'v never made out with anyone before, touched a girl before, slept with anyone before, and I'm too shy to try ANYTHING. We kiss on the lips and she always opens hers a little, probobly trying to start a make out session and I just keep mine closed and get really sheepish and back away. I don't know if this is unhealthy for the relationship or if maybe she doesn't like it, but I really do wan't to french and have a sexlife...I'm just too shy to do ANYTHING. Is it normal for a 17 year old male, and how can I help it...?

You don't need to be ready to "french" as you call it. Just get some balls and kiss her, if you keep fooling around nothing will happen. i personally think it is abnormal to not be kissing your girlfriend properly at the age of 17. Just explain that you're nervous so that there's no pressure and then kiss her and do all the other shit you've spent your entire life fantasizing about.

you say she is a virgin Im sorry to tell you unfortunate as it she is not a virgin because she has had sex although it wasnt consentual it was still sex. As for the other problem if she knows you are a virgin then dont keep her hangin on do something she obviously wants to

I have a problem with being very shy but ive learned to overcome it and if you ever met me you would never think I'm really a shy person on the inside.
