I have a bad temper
Ok Both my parents have really bad tempers and so do I. My temper is so bad I lose consinuss when Im really angery and do stuff I dont rememeber. So Ive been going to counsiling Im just wondering if its normal to have such a bad temper btw no matter what I cant hit a girl

take pills.. my grandpa used to be in the military and he gets old memories which makes him literally wanna kill someone so he got pills sorta like "chill pills" but help
