Over the top
In the news recently in the UK the media have been in a frenzy because a little girl was abducted from her family while they were on holiday in Portugal. Basically the parents went out for a meal or something and left the kids on their own, and someone came along and pinched one of them. Since then on the news everyday we've had up to the minute coverage live from Portugal or Morocco or wherever the hell there's been some possible sighting. I suppose it's all about trying to keep it in the news, but I really feel it's all just going too far. They've had famous gimps doing appeals for all the good that'll do, announcements at sporting events, and next week the parents are going to meet the frigging pope! Is it just me or are the media making way too big a deal over this? I mean kids must go missing all the time, and she probably wouldn't have been taken anyway if it wasn't for the parents being so stupid/stingy. It seems to me that the media have all just thought 'wow we've got a chance to bugger about in Portugal for a bit instead of sitting around in a sh*tty office, lets go!' Is this a reasonable view or am I just a heartless b*s***d?
I think it's terrible that the parents left the kids in the room with the patio doors open. Apparently they said they just seen it as having dinner in the garden at home while the kids slept upstairs. The mother said at most we were naive...Naive !!! More like fcukin totally fcukin brainless, If the same thing happened to a single parent living on a council estate the newspapers would slate them but because this couple are doctors or something they are seen as naive.
Theres only two outcomes...she comes back alive or she's already buried under some rocks or something. It's obviously a paedo because there was no ransom asked for by anyone..And i think it's someone who was a guest in the hotel or even an ex-employee of the hotel or someone who has good knowledge of that particular hotel and area..
