Our troops should be praised for the job they are doing over there. Whether you are republican or democrat you should above all hold them to a higher standard beyond your own political beleifs. At one time, several years ago, there were some recruiters that were pretty intent on recruiting me as a computer programmer/techy. They even came to my house, and showed me all these presentations and things, and I was seriously considering it. But I was young and naive, and they preyed on that. Now that I'm a little older, I realize what I mistake it would have been. They simply prey on the young people, and try to brainwash them into believing that this is all for a good cause, and I just can't stand for it anymore. I don't blame any of these kids for joining, but I just can't support them either.

I didn't see any questions in your last few posts. Clinton was in office, though he had only been in office for a month during the WTC bombing. The towers were massive buildings in a massive city, of course they would be targets of terrist groups, or even just somebody that has a grudge against society and wanted to blow something up. I agree and that's what the person that started this thread said. They said this was just supposed to be a question on whther we support the troops not whether we believe in the war. Alot of our young people have been killed over there and this war is costing us financially. We still have to give them what they need. Just because someone doesnt agree with the war doesn't mean that we should not give them the tools to stay safe.
