Is it normal to feel like everyone is watching you because of your appearance such as extra flaws; and perhaps the fact I use a cane? Am I hassled more than most because I am a young petite lady who happens to use a cane?
People can be completely inconsiderate and not see anything wrong with gawking at someone a little different than them. When children do it it is generally out of curiosity, when adults gawk it is rude and immature. However, you shouldn't let it make you feel badly about yourself. Just hold your head up high and know that what random people may think about you doesn't matter. People are judgemental and that is just human nature. I just say "fuck 'em" and go on with my day.
actually i think ive seen you around, and i did stare at you, only because what you call a cane is actually an extremely large dildo and you were spanking your gimps arse with it. and by the way, i was the guy in the fish net stockings and suspenders and i got the feeling people were staring at me too, but it was probably my imagination
It seems like you have extra social anxiety because you are petite and use a cane. I'd have to say that no, you shouldn't be hassled more, but it may happen. If it does, just smile at the gawker or glare, whichever makes you feel better, and move on. Chances are you will probably never see that person again anyway.
As you may have read, you might have concluded all this is due to cane usage. If you read carefully, you will note the word flaw in the story. I didn’t want to put too much emphasis on this as it is a sensitive subject for me. I can agree to a degree with the above statement. However, I must make this clear. It isn't so much my cane and challenge, although it plays a role; as it is my facial flaws. That is why I feel like people stare and/or act disrespectfully. I have bad acne and I’ve tried everything from over the counter to prescription medications and nothing seems to work. I changed my diet, exercised more and tried to get enough sleep too. Basically, I’ve done everything I can afford to be happy and healthy. What might I try to solve this problem? Do you, the public in general think I attract the negative attention (energies) consistently because of the way I look or the challenge I deal with?
Acne, something everyone deals with at one time or another. I would have to say it may from some really shallow jerks out there, but they don't matter. What matters is that you seem like a good person. Here are some home remedies that you could try. I looked them up for you. I found that toothpast works pretty well. Hope I helped.
Maybe they aren't staring at you in a bad way. Maybe they think you are attractive or would be a nice person to meet. You are just "assuming" they are looking at you. Unless they make a comment to you about your appearance, there is no way to prove that they are staring at you in a negative way.
hmmm....
well maybe they arent staring at you, and you just have such low self esteem that you THINK that everyone else sees you in the way you see yourself, which, as you refer to yourself in the above comments, is not very highly. look at the good things about yourself, not the 'flaws'(everyone has flaws) and hold yourself high, show confidence.
does this make sense? hope i helped!

it's totally normal to think people are staring at you for your imperfections, it's your subconsious always thinking theres something wrong with you if you have low slef esteem
Seriously: realize that it is you who feels people are watching. It's your own self-consciousness that's the issue. Not the people.
