You are not a bad employee for not fixing other people's mistakes if that is not part of your job duties. Focus on your responsibilities, if that includes fixing other people's mistakes then do so. If it is not your responsibility than let it roll off your shoulders and let it go. Employee morale suffers perpetually in corporations because of the disproportionate workloads, unfair treatment of employees, and insensitivity by management toward those below them. The term "team player" is often vaguely used by management to display dissatisfaction with performance levels from within and/or try to motivate employees. When pressures from meeting deadlines increases, the finger pointing and bickering will always take place, part of human nature and much easier to blame others than take responsibility and suffer the consequences.

METHane, I'm sure putting herself in your shoes would be a good idea but I'm betting she has an aversion to Stiletto heels.
As to the post, I talked with your company; they told me you were a great asset. I told them they were off by two letters.
There's a lot of finger pointing directed at me too, but not the finger you'd expect.
As for me, I barely even achieve, let alone over. For someone so attentive to detail, you spelled 'availability' wrong. I suppose this is the part where you scream 'Noooo!' and implode.
Be like everyone else in the world and only work well under constant supervision and cornered like a rat in a trap.
Peace.

 Dear Veronica,
I think you are a Twacker. Try to relax a second and put yourself in my shoes. I have trouble reading "windy discertation" about crap.
Here is my advice: do what you gotta do to feed the Monkey, make yourself look good (if possible i.e. the above Paragraphs)---> Your boss will cream his jeans.
