Focus on your responsibilities, if that includes fixing other people's mistakes then do so. If it is not your responsibility than let it roll off your shoulders and let it go. Employee morale suffers perpetually in corporations because of the disproportionate workloads, unfair treatment of employees, and insensitivity by management toward those below them. The term "team player" is often vaguely used by management to display dissatisfaction with performance levels from within and/or try to motivate employees.
